Yant Flat is one of Southern Utah’s little gems. This hiking trail takes you across a quick mile of lower forest at the base of Pine Valley Mountain, and then brings you out onto some of the most incredibly colored sandstone formations that exist on this earth.

Camping is available, no marked sites, but the forest is open for campers. Leave no trace.

Fun Fact: Yant Flats is nicknamed Candy Cliffs due to the swirling patterns in the rock.
