Los Tres Ojos National Park, a stunning complex of caves, crystal-clear blue water lagoons and lush tropical vegetation.
This national park is in a completely different category because it is an unlikely natural oasis located in the middle of a busy city.
Los Tres Ojos — or, The Three Eyes — are actually four underground limestone caverns that open to the sky at points and contain lagoons fed by underwater springs.
Note: This natural wonder is only accessible by stairs, about 500 of them.
Fun Fact: The composition of the water varies. The two ponds are respectively made of sulphurous water and salt water, while the large lake is composed of freshwater.
