Havre Beneath the Streets (Historical Underground Tour) is a recreation of Havre’s history. When fire destroyed most of Havre, business owners moved underground to carry on their business until the town could be rebuilt.
A soda fountain, bordello, saloon, butcher, dentist, and more all found employment underground.

Fun Fact: During Prohibition, the tunnels were useful for smuggling liquor to speakeasies, as well as providing hidden locations for distilling spirits.
