Price Point: $$
Restored Atlanta Transit Authority trolley car #1386, home of the Ball Ground Burger Bus.
True to the time period it is from, the restored Pullman Company trackless trolley car from 1948 is designed with stools, a ticket box, and more than 100 windows, serving specialty burgers, fries, tater tots, onion rings, & deep-fried hot dogs.
The restaurant owners found the trolley in a junkyard, restored it, and opened it as the Burger Bus in Nov. 2015.
It’s a great little place in the charming town of Ball Ground, GA.
Ball Ground is a growing community located just north of Canton, Ga. The Ball Ground Historic District was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.
Most of the homes date from the 1880s to 1950s.
After a delicious meal at the Burger Bus, take some time to stroll through the streets of this quaint little place & discover a true American hometown.
